About Munsiyari White Rajma: Indigenously grown and sourced from Munisyari Valley, Uttrakhand, this particular variety of white rajma is known for its delicious taste, high fibre and protein content. Kidney beans are known to be an excellent source of protein, and rajma is touted to have high mineral content, providing more iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium and zinc. They’re also enriched with antioxidants & other nutrients.
